What we collect. When you submit a form on this site — to request a conversation, ask a question, or get a quote — we collect the information you enter: name, business email, business name, country, phone number (optional), and anything you write in the message field. We don't use tracking cookies to build a profile of you beyond this.
Why we ask for a business email. Cortega is enterprise software. We ask that you use a work email address, rather than a personal account (Gmail, Yahoo, and similar), so we can route your inquiry to the right person and respond with something useful. If you don't have a suitable business email, please reach out through another channel listed on this site.
Where it goes. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to Cortega's sales and support team by email. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How we use it. We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about Cortega, and understand which pages and campaigns are driving real interest. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertising is working — this tells us that a conversion happened, not the contents of your message.
How long we keep it. We retain inquiry data for as long as it's useful for following up with you or improving how we reach prospective customers, and delete it on request.
Your choices. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted through this site, email us at privacy@cortega.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy. We'll update this page as the site or our practices change, and update the date at the top when we do.
