What we collect. When you submit a form on this site (to request a conversation, ask a question, or get a quote), we collect the information you enter: name, business email, business name, country, phone number (optional), and anything you write in the message field. Separately, we and our advertising partners collect browsing data as described under Cookies and advertising below.
Why we ask for a business email. Cortega is enterprise software. We ask that you use a work email address, rather than a personal account (Gmail, Yahoo, and similar), so we can route your inquiry to the right person and respond with something useful. If you don't have a suitable business email, please reach out through another channel listed on this site.
Where it goes. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to Cortega's sales and support team by email. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How we use it. We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about Cortega, and understand which pages and campaigns are driving real interest. We also use conversion tracking to measure whether our advertising is working. This tells the advertising platform that a conversion happened, not the contents of your message.
Cookies and advertising. If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we first ask whether to allow analytics and advertising cookies, and nothing below loads unless you choose Accept. Everywhere else, these tools load by default, and you can turn them off at any time (see Changing your choice). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of these tools run, wherever you are. We use Google Ads (conversion measurement), Microsoft Clarity (page analytics and session recordings), and the Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn advertising tags. These tags record which pages you view and let us show Cortega ads to site visitors on Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn (retargeting). When you fill in a form, the Reddit and Meta tags also receive hashed copies of the contact details you enter (such as your email address, phone number, and name), so those platforms can match the visit or conversion to your account. Each provider handles this data under its own privacy policy.
Changing your choice. Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to accept or reject at any time. Choosing Reject stops these tools from running on this site. You can also manage ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn account settings.
How long we keep it. We retain inquiry data for as long as it's useful for following up with you or improving how we reach prospective customers, and delete it on request.
Your choices. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted through this site, email us at privacy@cortega.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy. We'll update this page as the site or our practices change, and update the date at the top when we do.
