Cortega and Elevate Your AIQ: Responsible AI Expert Panel Series, Session 2 on October 21

SCARSDALE, N.Y. and ROCKVILLE, Md. - October 19, 2026 - Elevate Your AIQ, the advisory practice and podcast founded by Bob Pulver, and Cortega, the enterprise AI security & governance company led by CEO and Co-Founder Sri Ramachandran, today announced a strategic partnership to advance Responsible AI - its principles, its practices, and the solutions that put it into effect - through a shared, human-centric lens on how AI-fueled transformation should unfold. The partnership’s first initiative is a co-branded educational series, the Responsible AI: Expert Panel Series, which convenes practitioners to work through the real questions leaders face as AI moves from experiment to everyday operations.

The collaboration pairs Elevate Your AIQ’s independent, human-centric point of view and practitioner community with Cortega’s enterprise focus on helping organizations adopt AI with security, guardrails, and auditability. The Expert Panel Series is the first initiative under the partnership: the two organizations plan to collaborate on additional efforts over time - from shared resources to co-created content - that help leaders and their teams put Responsible AI into practice, amplified across Elevate Your AIQ’s platform and community and Cortega’s enterprise network.

Enterprises are adopting AI faster than they are putting the controls around it in place, and the gap between the two is where both the risk and the missed opportunity sit. Regulatory expectations are rising, employees are reaching for whatever tools help them move faster, and the hardest questions - who is accountable, what can you actually see, and whether people trust the technology and each other to use it well - rarely have a simple answer. The partnership is designed to meet leaders in that gap with practical, experience-based guidance rather than product pitches or sensational headlines.

“Most organizations are adopting AI faster than they are learning to govern it, and the space between those two things is where the real risk lives - along with a lot of the opportunity,” said Bob Pulver, Founder and Principal of Elevate Your AIQ. “This series is about closing that gap in the open, with people who have actually done the work rather than a product pitch. Responsible AI is not a checkbox you hand off to a policy team. We are all builders now, which means we are all responsible for Responsible AI.”

The series: first up

Session 1 - “Responsible by Design, Not by Audit” aired on September 22, 2026, making the case that responsible AI works better as a design decision than a cleanup job. Pulver was joined by Sri Ramachandran (Cortega), Dr. Cari Miller (AI Procurement Lab), and Kim Nelson-Wright (PreFlight AI Solutions). A replay is available on demand.

Session 2 - “Shadow AI and the Trust Gap” takes place Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET. The panel examines the AI already running inside most organizations - approved or not - and the trust gap it opens on three fronts: trust in the technology, trust in the organization’s guardrails, and trust among the people using AI. Ramachandran returns, joined by Dr. Cecilia Dones (3 Standard Deviations), an expert in AI ethics, trust, and communications, and Boris Khazin (ClearView MRI), an expert in enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and shadow AI.

Session 3 - “Human Oversight That Actually Works” follows on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET, turning to the practical question of how human judgment stays meaningfully in the loop as AI systems take on more.

“AI agents now take actions, call tools and handle sensitive data, which makes them an attack surface as well as an important productivity tool,” said Sri Ramachandran, CEO and Co-Founder of Cortega. “Enterprises need security controls that enforce policy in real time and governance that proves what happened. This series is the first step in our partnership with Elevate Your AIQ, putting practitioners in front of leaders working through exactly that.”
